Bishops with links to Cardijn and/or the Cardijn movements

Joseph Cardin was himself a bishop and cardinal.

Born on 18 November 1882, he was ordained a priest on 22 September 1906.

Pope Paul VI named him titular bishop of Tusuros on 15 February 1965 and he was ordained a bishop by Brussels Cardinal Leo-Jozef Suenens on 22 February 1965. The same day he was raised to the cardinalate as cardinal-deacon of the parish S Michele Arcangelo in Rome.
